The hotel is a mixed bag - the rooms are new and comfy with an amazing shower, and it's quite peaceful, but noise from the nearby games venue can be bothersome. The service is excellent with friendly and helpful staff, making me feel safe as a solo female traveler. The location is perfect with easy access to the plaza and museum, although noise can be a drawback. Dining offers a good experience overall, especially with fresh breakfast options.
